From his 20+ years of retail experience, of which six years were as a District Manager with Dollar General Stores, Bob knows the Dollar Store Business from the bottom up. He understands the importance of site selection for developers and the corporation on the long-term profitability of a store. He has reviewed hundreds of leases and potential sites to analyze their true economic impact. His customers value the time he takes to understand their individual needs and goals. He then leverages his knowledge of the Dollar Store business to go beyond the surface of marketing brochures to create financial models that drive informed business decisions based on each customer’s objectives - whether it is for an outright purchase, a 1031 Exchange, or to sell their Dollar Store Portfolio or individual Dollar Store Property.
